Superbooth 2017: This Drumming Machine Begins To Sing At 8000 BPM

As if Polyend's PERC PRO drumming machine controlled from any MIDI source wasn't cool enough, then Piotr from Polyend shows us this at Superbooth 2017.

If you find drum and bass (160-180 BPM) on the speedy side then you might what you're about to witness is pure craziness. PERC PRO, the mechanical MIDI drummer we reviewed back in December 2016 just got a turbo boost. Previously, Polyend thought the drumming machine could go up to 2000 BPM, which is fast enough for many. But they realised with a better computer they could achieve speeds of 8000 BPM. Yes, eight thousand.

The incredible results mean that when changing the BPM at such high speeds you also get pitched effects, or a melodic sensation.

Just watch the video to see what we're talking about:

And kudos to Polyend for pushing the speed boundaries with PERC PRO!
