Polymoog Creator & Former Moog Music President, Dave Luce, Passes Away

The inventor, lead designer and creator of the famous Polymoog, Moog polyphonic synthesizer, has passed away at the age of 80. Dave Luce was also a former president of Moog Music Inc.  

The former president of Moog Music Inc and the deisgner of the Polymoog, the successful analog polyphonic synth manufactured by Moog Music between 1975 - 1980, reportedly passed away on 15th April 2017. 

MatrixSynth have provided an informative write-up about the man behind one of the most important and (for its time) groundbreaking synths. In many ways the Polymoog, for its flaws, paved the way for the future of polyphonic synthesizers.
