Watch Touché Adds Acoustic Expression To Mutable Instruments Modular Synth

This mesmeric performance with a Mutable Instruments modular synth setup is being controlled by the pressure-sensitive Touché MIDI controller. Sit back. Relax. Enjoy.

OK. Touché from Expressive E isn't just another synth pedal to help you control pitch bend or modulation. This super expressive, pressure-sensitive controller is designed to let you get sounds from your synths you wouldn't normally have access to in real time. It allows you to play your hardware or software synths with a greater degree of expression and feeling. And it's fun and quite intuitive to use too.

We've just revieved the Touché... and will be publishing the article and video review on Monday 26 June 2017. Check on AskAudio then to get our lowdown.

In the meantime, Expressive E just created an impressive video showing Touché being used with a Mutable Instruments modular synth setup and a Korg SQ-1 sequencer. Here we go...

"Touché features four built-in CV outputs, which lets you control up to 4 different parameters of a modular synthesizer, at the same time.

In this video we've connected Touché to some amazing modules from Mutable Instruments."
