Watch: Polyend SEQ V2.0 Sneak Preview

With new features like per track tempo and manual step retriggering the BETA version for Polyend SEQ v2.0 aims to add even more power to this 8-track, 32-step hardware MIDI sequencer.

Fresh from the flurry of activity from their recent collaboration with Dreadbox on the Medusa, Polyend have turned their attention back to improving the 32-step, 8-track hardware sequencer, SEQ. And judging by this short performance video of SEQ 2.0 (in BETA) there's lots to look forward to, like different tempos per track(!), for existing SEQ owners and potential new customers.

Here's what Polyend is telling the world at this stage about SEQ V.20:

"New firmware v2.0 for Polyend Seq MIDI Sequencer is still in the beta phase (join if you like). Besides the per track tempo dividers/multipliers, it will bring a number of other functions like improved rolls and manual step retriggering (great for live performance). Seq is getting seqxier ;)"

Price: £879 GBP
