Watch DivKid's Eurorack System For Kids In Action

Synthesis doesn't have to be complex, as DivKid Ben demonstrates with his modular system built especially for kids. Check it out in this short video.

Eurorack expert and Ask.Audio trainer DivKid Ben has turned his attention from complex synth setups to something more accessible - a Eurorack system that's fun for kids to play and learn. In the video below, he explains how he put it together, and you can see and hear it in action.

Here's what Ben had to say about the project.

"This summer at Deer Shed Festival 10 (2019) I was demoing and showcasing synthesis and music making with a Eurorack modular synth to kids and festival attendees. As Deer Shed is family focussed there's lots of children around keen to come and wobble faders, twist knobs and make music with flashing LEDs. This is the system I put together using the Arturia MiniBrute 2s and RackBrute system which spent the weekend clocked to Mylar Melodies who was also working next to me at the festival. Many beats were made, many kids turned techno warrior and lots of smiling faces."

You can also see the system he built last year.
