From Richard Devine to Dave Smith, performances to exploring how synthesists communicate their identity, Synthesized (the documentary) seems to have plenty that synth heads will enjoy.  
Christoph Cresse is the man behind a new documentary movie on synths. Synthesized features interviews, observations and performance video from Mioogfest 2014 (and possibly other events too). Amongst other things, Christoph describes it as "a narrative exploring the perception of analog synthesizer's identity and communication." 

Planned release date is Spring 2016.
