Interested in hacking a Korg Prologue, perhaps with a view to creating custom digital oscillators and DSP effects in C.
In this video from Superbooth18 software developer Etienne from Korg explores what is possible with the Prologue Dev Board.
The board itself contains the micro controller from the Prologue and a single voice. It enables anyone to try and write oscialltors in code. So then the maker could make a one-voice mono synth and/or effect unit (it has audio in and audio out).
For now this isn't for sale but available for interested developers, who if they cerate something interesting might be in line for a collaboration with Korg. Alternatively, it's possible to give away or sell the code created on the Prologue Dev board.
The Korg Prologue SDK is getting an update next month, June 2018, which will allow more sharing facilities with the code.
