"Under this plan, you cannot cancel until the last month of your yearly plan."

This company speculates that users forget to take advantage of the short time window to cancel. This is brazen and unprofessional. I never want to deal with this company again. It seems that they need to use such means to lure customers, because their products are no longer competitive in my opinion.
