Everyone needs a break when making music and what better way to give yourself a breather from the serious stress of music production that playing Push Hero 2 on your Push 2. You can even set up two-player mode using MIDI Sync to challenge your friends.
Kudos goes to Nathan Jonson for making Push Hero and the new Push Hero 2… and making it free to download!
Here’s the crew at Ableton flexing their Push 2 skills:
And here’s what Ableton have to say about Push Hero 2 (which they are obviously impressed with):
Last year we posted about Nathan Jonson’s amazing Push Hero game, a great tool for rhythm training that started life as a fun learning resource for kids. Since we released the new version of Push, Nathan has been hard at work updating Push Hero, adding a slew of new songs, new features, new animations, plus the ability to add your own songs. It’s also now much easier to use (and comes with a “secret level” that features robot vocals).
To test Push Hero 2 we set up two Push units in two-player mode using MIDI Sync and invited some Abletons in to find out who the real heroes are.
