Patchblocks Mini Synth Modules With New Hardware Keyboard and Software Features

This video from Musikmesse showcasing the new hardware and software changes for Patchblocks is one of my favorite from the show. It’s just incredibly real!

Patchblocks are hardware devices that can literally be almost anything you want in terms of effects, audio playback, synthesizer, clock unit, or other. And, they link together!

While at Musikmesse 2016 we met up with Sebastian who showed us the new Patchblock keyboard module. He also demonstrated in real-time (without any rehearsal or extra takes) how quickly you can download a patch from the cloud to your Patchblock and then begin creating with it. Best of all the hardware stores the patch so you can take it with you anywhere and it’ll work just fine with out being connected to a computer!

Oh, and did we mention Patchblocks sound great too?
