Looks like the cat is out of the bag for Waldorf's big synthesizer announcement at NAMM this year. B&H Photo have published details for the upcoming Waldorf STVC String Synthesizer & Vocoder.  

It looks like B&H Photo have given the world a sneak peek at a new synthesizer coming from Waldorf. We suspect the Waldorf STVC String Synthesizer & Vocoder will be officially unveiled at NAMM 2018. In the meantime we've caught hold of some details.

That Streichfett was a double edged sword. I wanted one for its lush string ensemble sounds but it also produced some beyond cheesy 80s sounds. Looks like the string/vocoder combo is hot for this years synth heads. I welcome it!

Also, the Waldorf Quantum recently popped up on sweetwater for $4,299 It looks so freaking cool! And so freaking expensive! haha
