Native Instruments Releases ARTIST EXPANSION: THE STEREOTYPES

In the first of a new series of Expansions created by leading artists, Grammy-winning production outfit The Stereotypes capture a decade of their signature sound.

October 23, 2019 – Native Instrument today releases ARTIST EXPANSION: THE STEREOTYPES, a new Expansion created by the chart-topping production team behind some of the last decade’s biggest hits.

The Expansion is the first in a new artist-created series which channels the signature sounds of leading electronic music producers, sharing their own production toolkits with the world.

ARTIST EXPANSION: THE STEREOTYPES encompasses the polished pop-production aesthetic that the team has contributed to Bruno Mars, Justin Bieber, Red Velvet, Cardi B, and many more. The genre-spanning sound gives a nod to R&B, West Coast hip-hop, funk, and EDM, uniting a squeaky-clean production aesthetic with a touch of underground edge.

The Expansion is packed with popped basses, crisp kits, and sampled hardware synths, as well as catchy melodic loops. The team also cracked open some of their biggest productions from the last decade, even reworking their own patches for MASSIVE and MONARK.

ARTIST EXPANSION: THE STEREOTYPES joins a growing range of over 60 Expansions. These sound packs contain everything a musician needs to create a full track in a specific style, and can be used in any DAW. For everything on Expansions, head to https://www.native-instruments.com/expansions
