Livid Instruments Improves Builder DIY: Introduces New Kits

If you're into MIDI controllers, you've probably lusted over Livid Instruments gear. And now you can create your own controller with Builder DIY kits for the Livid Brain & Brain Jnr. platforms.

Livid Instruments has released several new Builder DIY kits for the Brain and Brain Jr. controller building platforms. These kits provide the essential components, shields, sensors, and Brains required to construct a variety of electronics projects designed for controlling MIDI messages. This release is the latest improvement to the Builder DIY line and is expected to increase the accessibility of Builder projects to users of all experience levels. The kits are now available in the Livid Instruments online store.

The Brain and Brain Jr. Starter Kits give new users an excellent opportunity to learn the capabilities of Livid's Builder DIY line of products. The Starter Kits provide ample resources for testing and experimenting with a variety of components using the Brains. Controller designs built from the Starter Kits can also be expanded using parts available in the Livid store.

The Breakout, Omni, LED and Sensor Kits are each themed to offer the learning and experimentation of specific components used to connect with the Brain Jr. micro controller.  These kits are optimal for educational purposes and may be purchased at special rates by applicable program administrators.
