Listen To 32 Dreadbox And Polyend Medusa Synth Presets

A new video demo from the developers of this synth collaboration shows off 32 of the dynamic, sequenced presets you can expect to find when the unit ships later this year.

The forthcoming collaboration between hardware synth specialists Dreadbox and sequencing experts Polyend - which they're calling Medusa - is something we've been excited to know more about ever since we first got a glimpse of it. You can check out some of our earlier coverage here and here. Now, the developers have unveiled a video demo of 32 of the instrument's presets, which you can see and hear in the video below.

As you can see, the synth is really dynamic even when the player isn't modifying the sonic parameters in real time - simply choosing different presets results in some incredibly varied results thanks to the advanced pad-based pattern sequencer. It's expected to be available in the coming months and we'll be sure to bring you more news about this exciting synth as we get it!
