Who is Jordan Rudess?

Jordan Rudess is the keyboardist for Dream Theater, but it didn’t start there! At just 9 years old, he enrolled in the Juilliard School of Music to train in classical piano. A few years into his studies, he became more interested in synthesizers and progressive rock music, eventually transitioning to become a solo progressive rock keyboardist. After playing with different groups in the 80’s, Rudess was voted “Best New Talent” in Keyboard Magazine, earning him international recognition. He was invited to join Dream Theater, and the rest is history!

Who is Steve H?

Logic Pro guru and electronic musician, composer and musical adventurer Steve H, AKA Steve Horelick and Steve Heroic) is the Publisher/Partner –in charge of video content creation, acquisition and production – for and Ask.Audio online video education websites. 

Steve is known for his soundtracks, songs and scores for TV, film and games. His TV credits include more than 350 episodes, encompassing such award-winning productions as PBS's Reading Rainbow (featuring the world's 1st all electronic theme song).

Steve H's true passion is electronic music. He was a founding member of the acclaimed noise band, The Electronic Art Ensemble. He current performs ephemeral minimalist and often outrageous electronic 3D Surround Immersion soundscapes on his Buchla 200e & Easel, extensive Eurorack system.

KeyFest is a weeklong interactive music camp with Jordan Rudess (of Dream Theater), Tom Brislin (Yes/Meatloaf), Adam Holzman (Steven Wilson) and Steve H (Modular synth and Logic Pro X guru. Spend the week learning different styles and techniques of playing the keys from some of the best! At night, take what you learn during the day and jam out with the other attendees and the masters themselves! Come learn,participate and experience KeyFest!
