Gorgeous Desktop / Rack-Mount Designs for Behringer DeepMind12 Synth

We promise it is possible to go one day without talking about the DeepMind12 on AskAudio'¦ but, when we saw these designs posted by Uli Behringer we just had to share them with you.

We know a fair bit about the DeepMind12, though the price and availability still evades us. And some of our audience have expressed the desire for a DeepMind 12-voice polyphonic analog synthesizer in desktop or rack-mount form.

So, what has Uli Behringer gone and done on Gearslutz

"I like to present you with some of our desktop/rack-mount designs for the DeepMind12 which our designers we have come up with. The unit is designed to accommodate for both desktop and rack-mount usage - hence rack ears would be included.

"Just to be clear, we have not yet decided to progress with this design, as your opinion is important to us.

"Thanks for your feedback."

And let’s face it. The included designs are to die for. If you love your synths, you’ll probably agree. Sounds like this design is pretty popular already!

So, what about you? Would you like to see the DeepMind12 in rack-mount form? Or do you just want to see the price first?

I want it! :)
Excellent! Looks good to me. Keyboards take up too much room and most studios have (at least) one anyway.
Looking at the design it needs to be slimmed down IMHO and wedge-shaped to face user on desktop.
Agree, and with the quality of midi controllers now, very few will need yet another full size synth. The desktop and rack versions should be a priority imho!

I would definitely entertain the idea of having a desktop/rackmount version of this synth. I have always wanted a Juno 106, but with the features this 21st century, polyphonic hybrid offers, it is difficult to look away. Yes, I want to know what they want for the beast. I hope as it is a Behringer that is affordable, however I hope quality is not sacrificed.
