Gibson has too much money. I remember when they bought Opcode and simply did nothing to develop Opcode's excellent MIDI software (StudioVisionPro was the best sequencer I have ever used). After a short time, they forgot about this purchase. Let's see if this will happen with the Deckadance DJ Software as well.
