I'm afraid I can't explain why this is happening. I tried this with a valid serial a few hours ago and it worked great. I did, however, have to reset the cache and clear cookies first as I'd already been using the cart / order form previously.
It's a really great deal and Vacuum Pro and Loom and Hybrid 3 are just excellent and shouldn't be missed out on.
I'm curious to get to the bottom of this... not sure how isolated an incident this is. Others appear to be able to upgrade ok using this code?
Today I "registered" the plugin using the web form on AIR's site, and received a confirmation email. However, the reg page did not even request a serial.

My comment could not be seen here. I also tired to get that 74$ offer but it always says 249$ I had this expand 3 bought from Plugin Boutique.So what to do?

I've spoken to some users who have been able to use their AIR product serial number to see the upgrade, so I'm a little confused as to what the issue can be.
I'm going to coordinate with AIR Music Tech today to try and resolve this. We're not sure if this is related to serials from the recent Plugin Boutique promo or not...
If you haven't already done so, please try the following:
- In the AIR promo order page delete the contents of your cart/basket.
- Delete/Remove the cache and all cookies from your browser.
- click this link: http://send.onenetworkdirect.net/z/619080/CD226700
- enter a serial number from an eligible Air product in the Promo Code box and hit "Apply"
Again, please accept my apologies. I feel your pain! I manually tested this system for new purchasers and upgraders and it worked. I know AIR tested it as well... hopefully I'll have some good news for you today.

While every effort to get all the serials ever issued has been made some may have been missed.

Just fyi, it´s not only a serial from PB but also I tried two others (all Xpand2) from other sources (Beat-magazine), they also failed.

Something has gone wrong in the code system for some upgraders and as soon as AIR have diagnosed it, fixed it and tested it we'll let you know :-)
