DJiT Launch Mixfader for Mobile DJ Spinners & Scratch App at CES 2016

DJiT has announced the international launch of its wireless crossfader, Mixfader, and its new companion app, edjing Scratch for iOS and Android devices. MixFader is compatible will any MIDI software.

Las Vegas, Nevada -- January 2016 -- DJiT, the world’s #10 largest music app publisher (according to App Annie), is now announcing the worldwide availability of Mixfader, its connected crossfader device that works with a series of DJiT’s edjing apps, providing users with the complete functionality of a professional DJ setup at the touch of their fingers. DJiT is also expanding its suite of edjing apps with its brand new edjing Scratch app that allows users to scratch like the pros on their smartphones and tablets.

If anyone today wanted to get into DJing or mixing music, they would most likely have to invest over $2000 in DJing equipment - including a powerful computer, a DJ software, two turntables, and a DJ mixer - just to get started. DJiT’s edjing apps computerize the DJ turntables and mixers, while the stand-alone Mixfader device provides users with the same accuracy of a crossfader. Equipped with the Mixfader and a smartphone or tablet, any user can have access to the same quality and performance of a full DJ setup, but for a fraction of the price.

edjing Scratch, the Mixfader’s newest companion app, takes the DJing experience to a whole new level by allowing users to produce high-quality scratching on the go and improve their scratching technique with tutorials. The Scratch app combines an array of new technologies that emulate the sound rendering and behavior of real vinyl records. The app also gives users access to a vast library of +50 million tracks, including music from SoundCloud, Deezer, or your own mp3 files.
