Behringer Annonuces CRAVE, $199 Semi-Modular Analog Synth With Sequential Prophet 5 Oscillator

Bringing together the famous oscillator from the Prophet 5 and the much-loved Moog ladder filter, the Behringer Crave packs a punch way above its price tag.  

If you thought NAMM was over, think again. Behringer just announced a brand new semi-modular analog synth, CRAVE. At just $199 USD / €149 EUR the Crave comes complete with a step sequencer and enough patch points to keep most modular enthusiasts happy.

Behringer Crave combines the best of some of the most famous historical synths of all time - including the celebrated oscillator of the Sequential Prophet 5, the famous Ladder Filter from Moog and the modularity from 1970 modular synths, together with a modern sequencer and arpeggiator. Crave is sure to be a superb addition to any synth enthusiast's setup.
