AfroDJMac Releases 80's VHS Synths Ableton Live Pack

If you're looking for warm, analog synth sounds delivered in the convenience of an Ableton Live pack then this new collection of 80s VHS Synths from AfroDJMac is sure to appeal.

Created by recording the sound of analog and digital synths directly onto VHS tape and then into Ableton Live, AfroDJMac has come up with a unique sounding Live pack. What about the synths behind the sound I hear you ask... well, here are a few that made it onto this pack: DSI Prophet 6, Korg volca FM, Moog Realistic Concertmate, Novation Bass Station II, iProphet, iPolySix, iMini, Vogel CMI.

Here’s what AfroDJMac tells us about 80s VHS Synths Ableton Live Pack:

AfroDJMac just released what he feels is one of his coolest Ableton Live Packs to date: The 80's VHS Synths Ableton Live Pack!

The synths that made it onto 80s VHS Synths Live Pack.

The synths that made it onto 80s VHS Synths Live Pack.

It's a collection of 58 Ableton Live Instrument Racks made from samples of analog and digital hardware synths. Each sample was recorded to a VHS tape on an old VCR, and imported back into Live where I built the instruments.

They have a distinct warmth and glow, characteristic of VHS tapes. If you've ever yearned for super 80's sounding synths in your music, this is the Pack for you!

You can purchase it now with the coupon code EMAIL and save 20%, or just join the AfroDJMac Music Production Club during July, because the 80's VHS Synths Ableton Live Pack is the Club's download of the month!
