Acid House Pioneer, Charanjit Singh, ha muerto envejecido 75

Where would we be without Acid House? Have you considered there could be a connection between it and Indian ragas? Pioneer, Charanjit Singh did as far back as 1982. Today he has passed away.

El pionero no intencional de Acid House, Charanjit Singh, ha fallecido en su sueño de acuerdo a Pitchfork. Singh, un ex músico de sesión en Bollywood, no fue ajeno a la tecnología. Así como un guitarrista consumado estaba en sus sintetizadores de hardware y cajas de ritmos. A principios de los años 80 creó un álbum, 10 Ragas a ritmo de una discoteca con la ayuda de la Roland TB 303, TR 808, y Júpiter 8. Producida en 1982 que aún no ha hacer ningún progreso en la India. Sin embargo, fue redescubierto veinte años más tarde y fue re-lanzado en 2010. No hace falta decir que finalmente obtuvo el crédito que merecía entre los conocedores de la música electrónica.

Although we seem unable to officially call Charanjit Singh the "inventor" of Acid House, it's nice to think he was recognised before his death. In fact he had been planning on playing a show in London and releasing an album of Indian folk music.
